Problem still exists, at least 5 months later. Can't log in using Chrome. Mandatory language dialog box is doing something incompatible with Chrome, 65% of the browser market.

Hello, I have experienced this issue for months and called several times to the number in the back of my card. No one has been able to provide a solution to this bug. I have tried different browsers in different computers and the issue persists.
Please note that it's a grave inconvenience to not be able to access your BCBSIL account.
