For anyone wondering if there is a solution, there is none. After private messaging, they referred me to the same customer service phone number and a link Availity with no option to speak with a human.

We are a multi provider office that is having the same issues. We have sent a private message on here as we don't know how to connect to someone live. If the automative system doesn't' understand you then it tells you to call back and you are starting back at square one
