I need my 3 letters in front of my member id, I dont have my card and the welcome letter. I only have my member id from my billing statement. How do I get these?

Hi KW,
I tried to send a private message but the send button greys out the moment I type a question. Fix? Also, the (866) 538-8833 customer service number never puts me through to an agent but loops endlessly to the main menu since last Friday, 7/17. Do you know why this is happening?
