We urgently need assistance with a provider payment that was issued but never received. Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to reach a live representative, as the phone system continuously routes us through automated options that do not address our issue.

Please provide a direct contact number or extension to a representative who can assist with provider payment research, check tracing, and reissue requests.

why does it say your customer service line is avialble until 8:00pm central time but when i just called at 7:30 pm i was greeted with "we are closed call back tomorrow" then immediately hungup on?

Cannot find my EOB statements online.

This website is absolutely archaic and doesn't help whatsoever. I opt in for paper bills, but my EOB should ALWAYS be available online! There is nowhere to find them whatsoever on my account.

I've reviewed others asking the same question, and the answer is to just go to the website and "look"? It's not in Claims, or Documents. Absolutely nowhere.

I have been having issues logging into my account for 2-3 weeks. I enter my user name and password, receive and enter the verification code, but then get a general we’re having issues accessing your account at this time message. Unfortunately the call in hours are the same time I have to work so hoping to get direction here on how to resolve or an email/way to contact electronically that doesn’t require me to log into my account. Anytime I try to register for a new online account, once I hit submit nothing happens. I've tried on a computer and on my cell phone through the app.

I'm a new member trying to create my account, but when I click "Create an Account", the screen is white and doesn't load. I've tried on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and the BCBSIL app with the same issue. I've also made sure to try this without any pop-up blockers and even in an incognito window, and no luck.
