Hi Justin, In the upper right hand corner there is a box you can click on that will give you the option for sending a private message. Additionally, if you log into Blue Access for Members and scroll down to the bottom of your home page, there is an option for sending a secure message which will be answered by a Customer Advocate. ~ Heather

I have not heard back regarding my questions above or who I should email directly? Logging into my account does not offer a link to connect or send a "private message"?

I recently requested a CPAP replacement (current unit is 12 yrs old and parts are no longer available) and ran into the same issue, but in addition my coverage requires me to rent for 3 months prior to purchasing through my coverage. So my question is if I do not follow the rental agreement, purchase directly to save myself and BCBL money will BCBL cover or apply the above medical claim towards my deductible at the lower purchased price?
