I need EOB's older than 18 months. Where can I get copies of them?

Hello,

You may view the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) by going to the Claims Center tab on Blue Access for Members (BAM). This will provide you with a complete list of your claims for the past 18 months. You will need to click on the claim number hyperlink in order to access the EOB. Once you are redirected, scroll down and click the: “Download Your EOB” link. You may have to click on the link multiple times before it will display.

You can use the Search Claims feature to search by claim number or for a specific date range.
