When asked for the patient&amp;#39;s DOB,&amp;nbsp;enter it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;incorrectly&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;three times&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. After the third time, the automated system will transfer you to a live representative.
