Provider Needing to get 9 checks reissued - tried many hours on the phone with provider services

Hello, I am a mental Health provider trying to get 9 checks reissued to me.  I have tried about 7 different times calling the Provider Services line per instruction of Danielle and have been on hold one hour plus with no luck.  3 times I was on hold for over 2 and a half hours and was disconnected before even talking to someone.  Please advise how I communicate with a human about getting these checks reissued to me asap!
