Can someone pls check my private messages on the portal? I also need a copy of my 1099-HC emailed to me on the portal since there is not enough time before the filing deadline on Tue... yes, I am a Massachusetts resident.

Did you ever receive your 1099-HC? If you did then I am curious if the FIN they included on the form for BCBS-IL is: 02-0649208... I have sent countless messages to them on the portal and still no reply, it has been a very frustrating experience. At this point, I am ready to complete the information myself as long as I have the correct FIN for them... Thanks.
