How do I reach a provider customer service representative? I have an escalated patient issue and have been attempting to speak to someone for the past 2 days via 800-972-8088. The prompt states that the service center is experiencing higher than usual call volumes. I continue through the prompts and when I get to claims, it states "transfer to a customer service representative at this time is not an option- you may hang up.." How can I resolve this issue if I cannot speak to someone.. any tips?
