We are not able to send the card through text, but if you respond with the information I requested on the private message, I can have an ID card emailed to you. Pauleen - If your card is lost or you don’t receive it, you can access it from the BCBSIL mobile app or print out a temporary card. To print a temporary card:

Log in to Blue Access for Members^SM (BAM^SM) online.
If you don’t have a BAM account, it’s easy to register. The site will walk you through the easy steps. Have your group and member numbers handy to register.
Once you’re logged in, click the “Member ID Card” button from the dashboard.
The BCBSIL mobile app is free and available in English and Spanish. Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play or text* BCBSILAPP to 33633.
