If it helps, I have my vision/dental card. However it is a different member ID.

Issues Registering

Anytime I try to register for a new online account, once I hit submit nothing happens. I've tried on a computer and on my cell phone through the app.

I have all of my information. I'm not receiving any error messages. Just nothing is happening when I click submit.

Blank screen when clicking "Create an Account"

I'm a new member trying to create my account, but when I click "Create an Account", the screen is white and doesn't load. I've tried on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and the BCBSIL app with the same issue. I've also made sure to try this without any pop-up blockers and even in an incognito window, and no luck.
