All options when I call in are either fully automated responses or require a claim number.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am interested in questions that are not realtive to any of the options, therefore, I also do not have a claim number associated with the call.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have tried many options on the provider call line but nothing will get me to a live representative.
