You have two options for downloading the free Centered app:

Option 2: search for Centered in the iTunes App Store.

Who can use the app?
The Centered App has already been called one of the 9 best apps that work with Apple’s HealthKit tool, and it’s available for iPhone® 5s, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

How does it work?
It’s simple to use:

  1. Set a daily steps goal and a weekly mindful meditation goal.
  2. Choose from three meditation sessions – short, mindful or body awareness.
  3. Record activity automatically when you have your iPhone with you. No need to open the app!
  4. The more progress you make toward meeting your goals, the closer your meditation and physical activity circles move. Eventually, the circles merge into one, or become centered, when you meet both your steps goal and your meditation goal.
