REGISTER or LOG IN to Blue Access for MembersSM
I work for a provider and need to get a hold of a person. I have tried several ways on several of your phone numbers including the number on the back of the members card and the provider number. Your automated system will not let me speak to a person about a claim. It cannot hear the claim number correctly. I have tried about 20 times. It will not let me get to a person and says "a customer advocate is not a valid option". I need to get a hold of a person or have one contact me. This issue needs resolved. How can I talk to a person?!!!
