&lt;li&gt;Blanch carrots and peas in hot water, then shock in an ice bath.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat sesame and canola oils in a pan. Add cauliflower rice and ginger. Stir fry until cauliflower is lightly browned.&lt;/li&gt;
