&lt;p&gt;1 pound Flank Steak&lt;br /&gt;1 Onion, thinly sliced&lt;br /&gt;1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;1 Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;1 Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;1/4 cup Olive oil&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp Chili Powder&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp Ground Cumin&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp Garlic Powder&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp Paprika&lt;br /&gt;Salt and Black Pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;1 Garlic, minced&lt;br /&gt;8 Corn Tortillas 6-inch&lt;br /&gt;Lime Wedges &amp;amp; Fresh Cilantro to taste&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0080c3;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:inherit;"&gt;Directions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line two sheet pans with foil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place steak, onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and then sprinkle over steak and veggies. Add garlic. Toss until evenly coated.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lay the meat and veggies onto your prepared pans in a single layer. Cook 12-20 minutes or until steak reaches desired doneness and veggies are crisp-tender. When you have about 5 minutes of cooking time left, wrap your tortillas in foil and place in the oven to warm up.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve tortillas, steak, and veggies with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.&lt;/li&gt;
