I have called multiple bcbs phone numbers in attempt to speak with a live representative to get more information regarding a rejection response issued by home plan however I am not able prompt thru the automated system. Options listed on all phone calls are not matching my request. The automated system only always 2 options for Claims: adjust a claim or get claims address. I don't need either options I need to speak with someone to get clarification on message received.
