You Now Have Easy Access to Your Dental Benefits Information

Dental benefits are not available to all members. Check Blue Access for Members^SM or ask your benefits administrator to see if you have these benefits.

If you have dental benefits as part of your health plan, you now have easier access to your coverage information.

Log in to your Blue Access for Members^SM (BAM^SM) account to get information about your dental benefits, including:

• Detailed dental claim information
• A snapshot of your dental benefits
• Status of your annual spending
• And more

Your dental Explanation of Benefit Statements (EOBs) have also been updated. Now it’s easier to identify what was charged, the benefits applied and your responsibility.

To access your dental benefit information, log in to your BAM account, select the Coverage tab and then Dental.

You can also log in to your BAM account with the free BCBSIL mobile app.* The mobile app provides access to detailed dental claims and annual spending status. If you don’t have the app yet, download it today from the Apple App Store or Google Play. 

If you haven’t registered for BAM yet, register today with a few easy steps. Once you're registered, you can log in to your secure account. Your BAM account is a one-stop shop for all your benefit information and more.
