Understanding your health benefits is important. Still, it may be confusing at times. It can be even more complicated if your employer offers a lot of benefits.

Sometimes people don’t use their health benefits to their fullest simply because they are hard to understand and manage. To make it easier, some Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) health plans include a digital hub for members – MyEviveTM*. 

The MyEvive hub leaving site icon makes it simple to find, organize and use your workplace’s health benefits. Even pharmacy, dental and vision benefits. Some employers may add financial and retirement resources on the hub.

You can customize your Evive hub with your most-used benefits. You’ll also get personal care reminders, custom health alerts and more sent right to your email or phone. Whether you use the MyEvive app or web page, you can check your health benefits 24/7.

You and others on your plan can access benefits from a computer, tablet or smart phone. On the platform, you’ll find a series of tiles linking to your health benefits.

MyEvive also provides single sign on to the BCBSIL Blue Access for Members℠ (BAM℠) portal. Single sign-on and deep links make it easy to access all your tools and resources in BAM:

  • Click to call or chat with a health advocate
  • View plan information
  • Check claim status
  • Order replacement member ID card
  • Find in-network providers
  • Get cost estimates for more than 1,600 procedures, tests, and services
