I need to correct a provider TIER enrollment

and I’ve been reaching out for several months without a clear answer or response. The clinician is loaded as Tier 2 on her enrollment but the entire rest of our group is Tier 1. I was advised to speak to chicagometro@bcbsil.com but it’s been a challenge to get a response. The other teams have provided the roster and other answers though. thank you for that!
