I can't access the mobile app. I've reset my password but it will not accept the new password.

I set up an account using my temporary ID card information.  I tried to log in, but it kept telling me my password was incorrect.  I confirmed that the username is correct.  I reset my password and entered the password I'd like to use - and entered before - only to be told I can't use an old password.  I created a new password instead.  Now I can't log in with that one either.
