How do I reach a representative from BCBSIL about a birthday that is wrong on file?

My daughter's birthday was inputed wrong on file with BCBSIL and I need to get it changed asap for a procedure she needs to get done. Can someone direct me to where I need to go or speak to? This is an urgent matter. It's a bit frustrating when I've tried for the past 2 days and about 10 different numbers, all with an automated service and no opportunity to get connected to a customer service rep.
