I am in annual enrollment process. I am trying to find out the EXACT differences between the HCN and PPO plans. I have been referred to several different people with no answers. I only have limited time to finish my selections and have trying to get an answer for a week.
We are not able to answer questions about coverage until after you have enrolled in a plan, as we do not have access to that information before that point. Your employer should have someone they work with to set up their plan who can help them. ~ KW

Hello, If your coverage is through your employer you will need to contact your human resources department for information on the plans they are offering.
