How to ask a private question?

I see a lot of questions and then replies asking the requestor to as a private question. How do I do that?

    I did not find that on desktop but when I hover over your name 'BCBSIL Connect Team' I see the sent private message option. that helped. ty

      Hello, If you are on our desktop site, the private message link is to the right of this message in a blue box. If you are on our mobile site, it will be towards the bottom of the page. ~ HC
