Awesome. Sent a private message. Just an FYI, that big blue "Private Message" Button looks so much like an Ad at first glance that my brain just overlooked it. It would be much easier if you could private message directly by clicking on the BCBSIL Connect Team. 

You can send a private message by clicking on the blue Private Message box. If you are on a computer it is to the right of this message and if you are on a mobile device it is at the bottom of the page. ~ HC
