I was recently removed from the BCBS panel with no notification or for any apparent reason after 5 years as a provider. My credentialing was re-approved in December of 2022 and I just found out because my claims are getting denied for being out of network. I have an entire caseload of BCBS clients who are at risk of losing their care or having it interrupted. I cannot for the life of me get ahold of a real live person who can help me! Does anyone have a phone number I can call to talk to an actual person to help me figure out what happened and help me get re-instated onto the panel? URGENT!!! Claims representatives were not able to help me with this.
I am having the same problem. With no notice, my credential was placed inactive. I ha e been trying to find anyone to speak with on the phone and have sent emails to the site given for my county with no response. I also work with many BCBS patients. Need URGENT help also.
We ended up accidentally removing our site because it was erroneously doubled in our profile. Had to fight for a month to get it reinstated. We ended up emailing multiple reps from different areas to get it resolved.
