This is unacceptable for a major insurance carrier. Have been trying for months, on hold for hours, never to speak with a live agent.

I am from a provider's office. Can you please direct me on how to get a live rep. I have been trying for days. I have had the worst time trying to get a rep. I am currently on hold and have been for 35 mins. I have call several different numbers. i have also just sent a private message. You all should really fix this issue
