HI, has there been an outage with the payment portal for the past 2 days? I'm trying to pay for my policy for next month online, and I've been getting the same error all the time for the past 2 days which is "Sorry, we can't find this member's information in our records. Please check the information entered and try again.". I can log in to the BCBS il portal, but the error comes out after I click on the "make a payment" link. I tried to do it on a few devices and browsers, and same issue.
