I need someone to help me with the website, I have registered and have an account. But when I log in I only see my Rx claims NO medical claims show up. When I call the help number they say my ID does show up and I have to call medicare to get help. I have called all the phone numbers with negative results, I get told the same thing each time, I have to contact some else. This has been going on Since July, I was told it was a problem with all the Medicare Advantage people.
