Corrected Claim Denied

I had an issue with claims submitted in October. After finally getting ahold of a actually person from BCBSIL I was directed to completed a corrected claim. I did this and now my corrected claim has been denied and said it is ineligible. I don't know what to do and I have no way of accessing an actual human provider rep.
