Incorrect provider listings

My provider info is current on Availity, but the BCBSIL provider finder has me linked to an old group practice, not my private practice. I searched by my practice name and it came up, but without my name and with a completely wrong address. This is not a “demographic change;” it’s a serious error by BCBS. I sent 2 private messages and have not had a reply. This is also causing issues with my  claims.
