I’m a provider in network with BCBSIL PPO. I am trying to join the BCBSIL Blue Choice network, as well. I used the Provider Onboarding form, but when I attempt to upload documents, everything stops. Can someone direct me to tech support? I’m using Chrome on an iPad. I reached out to Provider services and had no response.
