How can I determine if WellOnTarget is offered in my company's group health plan?

Hello,

I have called into Producer services and been transferred to 3 different departments in trying to ask the simple question of what plans the WellOnTarget benefit is offered to. I have small group clients who are interested in this benefit, but it is extremely unclear if this product is offered for small groups. Please advise.
