I haven't received my ID card or welcome letter yet. The premium for benefits has been deducted from my paycheck. Where can I find my ID number online?

    Same issue.  My payment was acknowledged via email on Dec 8th.  I have not received a welcome packet or id card in the mail.  I cannot login to the website without the id that I dont have.  When I sent private message, they claim to have sent it to me via email.  I did not receive any email.  They said they sent it to a different email and I should use that one.  However, the only email I have used is the one where my payment acknowledgement was received
