I've been trying to login to my online account since I got my plan, more than a few years ago, and it always says "unauthorized access". I cannot handle phone calls and they won't speak to my parent even with my permission so calling the numbers not an option and I can't find another way to get to customer service. What are you supposed to do?
Hello, Unfortunately we would need to speak with someone on the phone in order to troubleshoot the issues you're having.
