How do we contact provider relations in regards to contracting. We are having an issue with claims being denied as out of network but are in network and need to speak to a live representative. We have tried contacting BCBS and Availity. All avenues have been closed and unsuccessful. We need advise as to what is going on and get this issue corrected and claims paid asap. We are providing a service and not getting paid. Please contact us by phone or email. We need help. Thank you
