How do I check if a claim has been paid under my prior policy.?

How do I check if a claim has been paid for a test that I had done on March 11, and my prior BCBSIL policy expired on March 31st .? Medicare  has already paid their part of the claim. My app only shows my NEW BCBSIL policy.
