Trying to submit prior auth for Cubby Sleep Safety bed but there is no CPT code assigned. E0329 hospital bed is closest. Or should I use E1399 Misc DME? Misc codes don't always receive the best consideration. Please advise on which code will have best chance for understanding and approval?
