Setting up BCBSIL account, accidentally entered the wrong email address. Now, I can't access my account or receive any verification emails. how do I fix this?

I started creating an account for the first time ever, and after I finished creating it I realized the email was incorrect, and now I can’t access it in any way, I won’t receive any verification emails and so. I tried calling, but they said they can’t do anything about it, I believe it was because the account was still freshly new. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?
