I do billing for an optometrist. I am trying to bill for a post-op 90 cay gloval after cataract surgery. The claim keeps getting rejected stating that the service date and the surgery date need to be a day apart. They are and have been filed as such. I need to speak to a person, not a bot on what exactly it is that you need.
