We are trying to add an Acupuncturist to our clinic, but after two credentialing applications, they've both been denied for the reason the credentialing team cannot find or identify the provider's license, even after we've physically attached it to the application and uploaded to CAQH
We believe because the credentialing approval team is using the IDFPR's license search function to make sure this provider has an active license, but they will never find it using this method because all new Acupuncturists are required to apply using the new CORE system on the IDFPR website
CORE applications are NOT SEARCHABLE in the IDFPR's license search function. This was directly told to us by an IDFPR customer service agent.
