I’m trying to create an account on the bcbsil app and it keeps telling me that my identification number is incorrect but I know it’s exactly what’s on my card.
Also I did have an issue the first time I used my insurance card at the pharmacy and they had the wrong birthday so I don’t know if that’s affecting me being able to login. I thought it was corrected but I don’t know for certain.
