We received a deposit to our bank from BCBS IL, but we did not receive an EOB. Cannot find EFT ref # on bank transaction details

All I have to go on are the transaction details from the bank, and it's very unclear which number in this string of text is the EFT REF #/Check #. Edited for privacy reasons - handling in private message.
