Our claims keep getting denied by reason of rendering provider not eligible when my clinician is attested with IMPACT and up to date. I have been emailing govproviders and no one is answering me to help me fix this problem and then today another one of my clinicians started receiving this same denial. Please someone assist me with this because we have not been able to submit claims to BCCH since august 1st! The only information I was able to get is that this is a BCCH mistake and they need to fix whatever information they are missing on their end but no one has answered me to do so. Any help would be appreciated!
