Login issues - "We did not recognize the user name and/or password that was entered. Please try again or select Forgot User Name or Forgot Password to continue."

I keep getting the error, "We did not recognize the user name and/or password that was entered. Please try again or select Forgot User Name or Forgot Password to continue." I go through and change my password and the same thing still happens. I cannot login. What is the problem?
