I am a Provider and need to get the network participation status with BCBS Community and Blue Advantage of IL.

I have already sent my query to Providerrelations@BCBSIL.com and ChicagoMetro@BCBSIL.com, though I received only a single response, and after that keep receiving Case Numbers for more than a month.

Please provide me a customer representative or a Provider Network Consultant  accordingly.
