I've been working monthly with BCBSIL service provider - Accolade - and my in-network provider to get a simple CT-Scan claim processed. Provider has sent claim several times, but it never gets processed by BCBS. Every month, there is a different excuse on one-side or the other. I need a different approach after 6-8 tries.
