I have a patient who has not received their ID card. He had different insurance last year. I have tried to pull this patient up on Availity, however you have to have the member ID to send a query. The patient has asked his HR but no one has responded after several weeks. How do you get the ID number? The IVR disconnects me because I don't have the ID or group number.
