Hi, I tried to close my account several months ago, but I keep getting charged. I can't seem to log in or call in because the account is closed or locked.
How can I have my account actually closed such that I stop getting charged? I have not even lived in Illinois in six months.
I had to create a new account to ask this question, but it is also under Garrett Ducharme.
