By far the worst BCBS. No Live representatives at all????

This is by far the worst home plan i have ever had the displeasure of having to work with. No matter what prompt you go to you cannot speak to a live agent. They even patched up the workaround where you enter the birthday wrong 3 times. How in the world are we supposed to confirm benefits for patients in detail like this? It feels like a scam to avoid paying for anything... but of course insurance wouldnt do that!
